Changing Paradigms Cooling Tunnel Installation

Grady/Richard,

We completed the start-up or Line 6 yesterday. I'd like to thank Greg, John and Ken for a job well done. As you know, we had some issues with the equipment for tunnel #1, but Ken and Greg were already getting the required parts by 7:00 am.

The client is extremely pleased with the effort.

We are slated to begin Line 5 on Tuesday morning.

Commendation for Hamilton County 800 Broadway Cooling Tower Replacement

Dear Mr. Samarghandi,

I would just like to take a moment to thank you and your wonderful staff for a project well done. Many times construction projects have a way of becoming unruly and difficult during the installation phase but on this project your staff, especially Ed Makin and Brian Pastura did a fabulous job. I believe Hamilton County was equally impressed with the speed, efficiency, and professionalism that Triton Services provided throughout the project and during the weekend changeout of the existing cooling towers at the 800 Broadway building. Everyone, including the crane operator, the electrical contractor, the vendor, and the controls contractor did "whatever it took" to ensure the cooling towers were operational by our early Monday morning deadline and they were.

Triton also followed through during the next weeks by finishing up the small details punchlist items incurred on the project in a very expedient manner.

It was a pleasure having you on this project and I look forward to working with your company again in the future.

We have had a recurring problem with the hot water for 8 months. The plumber could not find the problem. I called Triton, the serviceman Todd, was able to find the problem & fix it quickly. Thanks to you, my tenants now have hot water. Thank you for the prompt, efficient service. I look forward to your help in keeping Philada Apts. running smoothly.
